Description:

circCPA4 is up-regulated in NSCLC and promotes lung cancer cell proliferation/colony formation, migration, invasion, and cell-cycle progression while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically it functions as a ceRNA that sponges miR-214-3p to increase TGIF2 expression, enhancing tumor growth in a cell line-derived xenograft model; higher circCPA4 predicts worse survival.
