Description:

In endometrial cancer, hsa_circ_0005797 is up-regulated and promotes proliferation, invasion, and xenograft tumor growth. Mechanistically, it functions as a ceRNA by sponging miR-298, thereby relieving repression of CTNND1 and activating the miR-298/CTNND1 axis. High expression is associated with aggressive clinicopathologic features and poor prognosis.
