In myeloid leukemia cell lines, circRNA_ANKIB1 is regulated by the CCDC26-CELF2 interaction and functions as a ceRNA that sponges miR-195-5p, increasing PRR11 expression. This axis promotes leukemia cell proliferation and invasion and suppresses apoptosis, associated with activation of PI3K/AKT and NF-kappaB signaling downstream of PRR11. |
