Description:

circCSPP1 is up-regulated in prostate cancer tissues/cells and mainly localizes to the cytoplasm. It is promoted by the RBP HnRNP-L and functions as a ceRNA to sponge miR-520h, thereby increasing EGR1 and inducing autophagy, which enhances proliferation, migration, invasion and xenograft tumor growth; higher circCSPP1 tends to associate with faster biochemical recurrence.
