Description:

hsa_circ_0001806 is up-regulated in HCC and associated with advanced disease and poor overall survival. Functionally it promotes proliferation, migration and glycolysis and inhibits apoptosis. Mechanistically it sponges miR-125b to increase HK2 expression, forming a miR-125b/HK2 axis that mediates these malignant phenotypes.
