circ_NEK6 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and promotes proliferation, migration and invasion while inhibiting apoptosis by sponging miR-382-5p to de-repress BCAS2 (circ_NEK6/miR-382-5p/BCAS2 axis).
