Description:

circSETD3 is down-regulated in hepatoblastoma and acts as a tumor suppressor. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and inhibits HB cell proliferation/migration/EMT while promoting apoptosis by sponging miR-423-3p to upregulate the pro-apoptotic target Bim, suppressing tumor growth in a cell line-derived xenograft model.
