Description:

circFOXP1 is up-regulated in osteosarcoma and promotes tumor growth and angiogenesis. Mechanistically, it competitively binds miR-127-5p to relieve repression of CDKN2AIP, forming a circFOXP1/miR-127-5p/CDKN2AIP axis. High circFOXP1 expression is associated with poorer overall survival.
