Description:

circMEMO1 is down-regulated in HCC and acts as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting proliferation, invasion/metastasis and stemness. It sponges miR-106b-5p to restore TET1/2 and 5hmC, promotes TCF21 promoter demethylation and upregulates TCF21, thereby suppressing EMT and improving sensitivity to sorafenib; higher circMEMO1 predicts better survival.
