Description:

hsa_circ_0007507 is up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues and in patient serum, and shows diagnostic value by ROC analysis. It is mainly localized in the cytoplasm and may function via a predicted/partly tested circRNA-miRNA interaction network (ceRNA-like regulation). High serum expression is associated with recurrence and worse survival, and levels decrease after surgery, supporting use in dynamic monitoring.
