Description:

hsa_circ_0058493 is up-regulated in PBMCs of imatinib nonresponding CML patients and is enriched in exosomes from imatinib-resistant CML cells. Functional knockdown in K562/G01 increases imatinib sensitivity, increases apoptosis, and reduces proliferation. Mechanistically, it is predicted to sponge miR-548b-3p (and miR-330-3p) based on bioinformatic analysis and expression trends.
