Description:

circCdyl is up-regulated in mouse and human AAA tissues and promotes AAA formation by enhancing M1 macrophage polarization and M1-type inflammation. Mechanistically, it binds IRF4 to block its nuclear entry and also acts as a let-7c sponge to increase C/EBP-delta expression in macrophages.
