Description:

circUSP10 is upregulated in liver cancer and promotes proliferation, migration, invasion, and tumor growth. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and acts as a ceRNA by sponging miR-211-5p, thereby upregulating TCF12 and activating EMT-associated changes. High circUSP10 expression correlates with advanced clinicopathological features and poorer overall survival.
