Description:

circRNA_ASAP2 is downregulated in gastric cancer cells vs. normal gastric epithelial cells. Functionally, circRNA_ASAP2 promotes GC cell proliferation, migration and invasion and inhibits apoptosis, at least partly by activating Wnt/beta-catenin signaling; As4S4 suppresses GC progression by downregulating circRNA_ASAP2 and inhibiting Wnt/beta-catenin activity.
