Description:

circ_DYNC1H1 is upregulated in HCC and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. It promotes HCC malignant phenotypes by sponging miR-520a-3p and thereby increasing USP14 expression, and lidocaine suppresses HCC progression partly by downregulating circ_DYNC1H1 to modulate the miR-520a-3p/USP14 axis.

Confidence score:

0.8174

Other information
Title:

Lidocaine has antitumor effect on hepatocellular carcinoma via the circ_DYNC1H1/miR-520a-3p/USP14 axis.
