Description:

circRNA_100565 is up-regulated in NSCLC, especially in DDP-resistant tissues and cells, and high expression predicts poor overall survival. Functionally, circRNA_100565 promotes cisplatin resistance by enhancing proliferation and autophagy while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts through a circRNA_100565/miR-337-3p/ADAM28 axis and its knockdown increases DDP sensitivity in vitro and in xenograft tumors.
