Description:

Circ_PRDM5 is downregulated in breast cancer tissues and cells. Functionally, its overexpression suppresses BC cell viability, proliferation, migration, invasion and xenograft tumor growth, while promoting apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ_PRDM5 acts as a sponge for miR-25-3p to increase ANKRD46 expression, forming a circ_PRDM5/miR-25-3p/ANKRD46 regulatory axis.
