| Clinical significance: |
circRNA_15430 expression is negatively correlated with tumor size; no significant correlation with OS and PFS |
| Description: |
circRNA_15430 (from ABL2) is down-regulated in gastric cancer and reduced by H. pylori infection. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and suppresses GC cell proliferation/migration while promoting apoptosis and autophagy, partly by acting as a ceRNA that sponges miR-382-5p to modulate ZCCHC14. In xenograft models, circRNA_15430 knockdown enhances tumor growth. |
