circASXL1 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues/cells and further increased under hypoxia. It promotes hypoxia-induced cisplatin (DDP) resistance and malignant phenotypes by sponging miR-206 and thereby sustaining HIF-1alpha expression; circASXL1 knockdown restores DDP sensitivity, suppresses proliferation/migration/invasion, and increases apoptosis, including reduced tumor growth in vivo. |
