It is mainly cytoplasmic and restrains HCC cell proliferation, migration, invasion and xenograft tumor growth while promoting apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ_MBNL3 sponges miR-873-5p to up-regulate/release PHF2 through a circ_MBNL3/miR-873-5p/PHF2 ceRNA axis. |
