Description:

Circ-TFF1 is up-regulated in breast cancer tissues and cell lines and acts as an oncogenic circRNA. Mechanistically, cytoplasmic circ-TFF1 sponges miR-338-3p to increase FGFR1 expression, thereby promoting proliferation, invasion, glycolysis and tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Its knockdown suppresses breast cancer progression, suggesting therapeutic potential.
