Description:

circRNA DOCK1 is up-regulated in hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. It promotes HCC cell proliferation, migration and invasion by sponging miR-654-5p, thereby relieving miR-654-5p-mediated repression of SMAD2 (circRNA DOCK1/miR-654-5p/SMAD2 axis).
