circ3823 (hsa_circ_0001821), derived from PVT1, is up-regulated in CRC tissues and patient serum and is associated with worse prognosis and diagnostic potential. It promotes CRC proliferation, migration/invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis by sponging miR-30c-5p to increase TCF7, thereby upregulating MYC and CCND1 and activating Wnt signaling. The study also reports m6A modification on circ3823 linked to its degradation regulation. |
