Description:

circRTN4 is up-regulated in PDAC tumors and promotes malignant phenotypes (proliferation, migration/invasion, tumor growth and liver metastasis). Mechanistically, it sponges miR-497-5p to increase oncogenic lncRNA HOTTIP expression and also binds RAB11FIP1 to inhibit its ubiquitination and stabilize the protein, thereby promoting EMT marker expression.
