| Description: |
circPSD3 is down-regulated in hepatic fibrosis (CCl4-induced mouse HF and human HF tissues). Functionally it suppresses hepatic stellate cell activation and proliferation and alleviates fibrogenesis. Mechanistically, circPSD3 acts as a miR-92b-3p sponge to upregulate Smad7 (circPSD3/miR-92b-3p/Smad7 axis). |
