circRPPH1 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cells and is associated with advanced TNM stage, lymphatic metastasis, and poor overall survival. Functionally, circRPPH1 promotes NSCLC cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and xenograft tumor growth. Mechanistically, it acts through a ceRNA mechanism by sponging miR-326 and regulating ERBB4 expression via the miR-326/ERBB4 axis.
