Description:

circRHOBTB3 is down-regulated in colorectal cancer and functions as a metastasis suppressor. It binds HuR and promotes beta-Trcp1-mediated ubiquitination/proteasomal degradation of HuR, reducing HuR-stabilized PTBP1 mRNA and thereby inhibiting EMT-associated migration/invasion and lung metastasis.
