Description:

circLRP6 is up-regulated in prostate cancer tissues and cell lines and promotes proliferation and metastatic phenotypes (invasion, migration, EMT) while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, circLRP6 sponges miR-330-5p to relieve repression of NRBP1, forming a circLRP6/miR-330-5p/NRBP1 ceRNA axis that also drives tumor growth and EMT in a PC3 xenograft model.
