Description:

circ-CSPP1 is up-regulated in colorectal cancer and acts as an oncogenic circRNA. It promotes CRC cell proliferation, migration and invasion and inhibits apoptosis, at least partly by sponging miR-431 to increase LASP1 expression, and it enhances xenograft tumor growth in vivo.
