Description:

circ-LNPEP is an LNPEP-derived circRNA increased when AR is lost under hypoxia in HCC. It promotes HCC cell invasion and tumor metastasis by sponging miR-532e3p, thereby increasing RAB9A expression, and its overexpression reverses the suppressive effects of AR. The study also suggests circ-LNPEP may have diagnostic and therapeutic relevance in HCC.
