Description:

circUBAP2 is up-regulated in NSCLC tumor tissues and NSCLC cell lines and is enriched in the cytoplasm. It promotes proliferation, migration/invasion, and chemoresistance, and accelerates xenograft tumor growth, largely via a ceRNA mechanism sponging miR-3182 to modulate KLF4.
