circPVT1 is up-regulated in osteosarcoma, especially in doxorubicin-resistant tissues/cells, and promotes DXR resistance. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-137 to upregulate TRIAP1, enhancing cell survival/proliferation and reducing apoptosis, and it supports resistant tumor growth in a xenograft model.
