Mechanistically, it sponges miR-582-3p to increase HUR and stabilize/raise VEGF, and it also binds HSP90 to block STUB1-mediated ubiquitination, reducing HSP90 degradation; exosomal circSHKBP1 supports intercellular communication and is proposed as a circulating biomarker.
