Description:

circZFR is up-regulated in bladder cancer tissues and cell lines and promotes BCa proliferation, migration, invasion, and xenograft tumor growth. Mechanistically, circZFR sponges miR-545 and miR-1270 to derepress WNT5A and activate Wnt/beta-catenin signaling, and high circZFR is associated with poorer patient survival.
