Description:

circ-CAMK2A is up-regulated in LUAD and promotes migration, invasion, and lung metastasis. It mainly acts as a ceRNA by sponging miR-615-5p to increase FN1 expression and consequently elevate MMP2/MMP9, and high circ-CAMK2A is associated with poor prognosis.
