Description:

circSOX13 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and patient serum and promotes malignant phenotypes and cisplatin resistance. Mechanistically, circSOX13 sponges miR-3194-3p to up-regulate MAPRE1, enhancing proliferation/migration/invasion and inhibiting apoptosis. circSOX13 knockdown suppresses tumor growth and increases cisplatin sensitivity in a xenograft model.
