In HCC, CXCL11 from CAFs induces upregulation of circUBAP2. circUBAP2 promotes HCC cell migration and metastasis by sponging miR-4756, thereby relieving miR-4756 repression of IFIT1/IFIT3 and increasing IL-1beta/IL-17-associated inflammatory output.
