Description:

circRNA-FOXO3 is down-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines and acts as a tumor suppressor. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and functions as a ceRNA by sponging miR-155 to increase linear FOXO3 expression, thereby inhibiting proliferation/migration/invasion and promoting apoptosis. It also shows diagnostic potential based on ROC analysis.
