circRNA_101951 is upregulated in colorectal cancer tissues and CRC cell lines and is associated with worse patient survival. Knockdown suppresses proliferation, colony formation, migration and invasion while increasing apoptosis and inducing G1 arrest, partly by inhibiting the KIF3A-mediated EMT program.
