Description:

circTP63 is up-regulated in gallbladder cancer tissues and cell lines and promotes proliferation, cell-cycle progression, migration/invasion and EMT. It acts as a ceRNA by sponging miR-217 to increase EZH2 expression, thereby facilitating tumor progression; high circTP63 predicts poorer overall survival and is associated with lymph node metastasis.
