Kaplan-Meier analysis revealed that GC patients with low circCUL2 levels had poor overall survival; ROC analysis showed AUC 0.790 for diagnostic value; serum circCUL2 was decreased in GC patients.

Description:

circCUL2 is down-regulated in gastric cancer tissues, serum, and cell lines and acts as a tumor suppressor. It sponges miR-142-3p to upregulate ROCK2, thereby inhibiting malignant behaviors and autophagy, and increasing cisplatin sensitivity (reducing cisplatin resistance) in GC.
