Description:

circRNA17 is down-regulated in enzalutamide-resistant CRPC and high-Gleason-score prostate cancer. It suppresses ARv7-driven enzalutamide resistance and invasion by interacting with and stabilizing miR-181c-5p, which directly targets the ARv7 3′UTR; enzalutamide represses circRNA17 via transcriptional suppression of its host gene PDLIM5.
