Description:

circZNF609 is up-regulated in NSCLC and its high expression is associated with worse overall survival. Functionally, circZNF609 promotes NSCLC cell growth and metastatic behaviors and inhibits apoptosis, at least partly by sponging miR-623 to upregulate FOXM1; circZNF609 knockdown suppresses xenograft tumor growth.
