Description:

circRASSF2 is up-regulated in breast cancer tissues and patient serum and is associated with metastasis, advanced clinicopathologic features, and poor OS/PFS. Functionally, circRASSF2 promotes proliferation, colony formation, migration, and invasion and suppresses apoptosis in BC cells. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA that sponges miR-1205 to increase HOXA1 expression (circRASSF2/miR-1205/HOXA1 axis).
