| Description: |
ciRS-7 (CDR1as) is markedly down-regulated in acquired lenalidomide- and pomalidomide-resistant multiple myeloma cell models. Its loss correlates with hypermethylation of the LINC00632 T3 promoter CpG island and can be partially reversed by DNMT and EZH2 inhibition, but ciRS-7 knockdown alone does not change IMiD sensitivity. |
