Functionally, circFAT1 promotes proliferation, migration, invasion and xenograft tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts as a sponge for miR-409-3p to relieve repression of CDK8 and activate ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK signaling. |
