Description:

circRUNX1 is up-regulated in papillary thyroid cancer and promotes proliferation, migration and invasion in vitro and tumor growth in vivo. Mechanistically, circRUNX1 mainly localizes in the cytoplasm and acts as a ceRNA by sponging miR-296-3p, thereby relieving repression of DDHD2 and driving PTC progression.
