Description:

circ_LDLR is up-regulated in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and cell lines and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. It promotes proliferation, migration/invasion and EMT while inhibiting apoptosis, at least partly by sponging miR-7 to derepress RNF38 (circ_LDLR/miR-7/RNF38 axis). circ_LDLR depletion suppresses xenograft tumor growth in vivo.
