Description:

circAGFG1 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and serum and is associated with poor overall survival. Functionally, circAGFG1 promotes NSCLC cell proliferation, migration, invasion, glycolysis and tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis, mainly by sponging miR-28-5p to increase HIF-1alpha.
