In breast cancer, circNOL10 is down-regulated and functions as a tumor suppressor. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and sponges miR-767-5p, thereby de-repressing SOCS2 and inhibiting JAK2/STAT5 signaling, which reduces proliferation, migration, invasion, EMT, and xenograft tumor growth.
